FALLS ROOM INFORMATION AND PRICING:
Evening Rentals - 7 Days a week.
Location: Clubhouse
Hours: Varies
Costs: $580.00 For any 4 hours within the following hours
Mon - Sat. - 7:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Sunday - 6:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Only (1) rental permitted per day (daytime or evening).
Additional Fees:
Time exceeding the initial 4 hours: $120.00 per hour plus $25/attendant fee.
Security Deposit: $1000.00
A security guard is required at every function. The guard fee is part of the room rental fee.
Final payment for the Falls Room rental must be made in the form of cashier check, credit card or money order.
Rental Includes Use of:
72" round tables / Qty available: 20
Padded Chairs / Qty available: 200
Note: Round Rental tables are not permitted.
Room rental is available to RESIDENTS only.
Maximum room capacity: 200 persons. Please see Falls Room contract for further and complete details.
Daytime Rentals: (7 Days a week)
Available for Rental: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Only (1) Rental per day in the Falls Room
Rental: 7 days a week ( Mon - Sun).
Room rental is for residents only.
Fee: $400 which covers the first (4) hours. Any additional hours will be billed at $100/hour.
Rental includes use of:
20 - 72" round tables
200- stacking padded chairs
Note: Additional round tables are not permitted.
Room rental is available to RESIDENTS only.
